I wanted to convey my appreciation for your hard work and professionalism. I (have) been in the computer business for sixteen years, twelve of those as a business owner. My company has been around for quite awhile and I have had loyal clients for many years.

Just wanted to drop a quick note to say THANKS for everything that has been done. I signed up with EZSM less than one week ago, but already I am noticing a difference!
No longer waking at 5am to make sure my server is still running, I feel secure knowing EZSM is there! Your tech folks averted a near-disaster for me last weekend, and things are running so much better... I simply cannot thank you enough.
Even minor issues which followed a drive restore were handled quickly. In one instance, an issue that one of my clients was having with her database was fixed while I was emailing to let her know that my tech people would be looking into it!
